The Grateful Headz name, logo, and all associated branding elements are legally protected intellectual property of Grateful Headz, LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, all artwork, graphic designs, logos, slogans, promotional materials, audio, video, signage, digital content, and merchandise.

Any use of Grateful Headz branding must be reviewed and approved by our creative department.

All materials involving Grateful Headz branding—including artwork, audio, video, signage, and promotional content—must be submitted to creative@gratefulheadz.com prior to production, release, or distribution.

Failure to comply with these brand usage requirements, or any unauthorized or improper use of the Grateful Headz logo or identity, may result in financial penalties and legal action. The Grateful Headz franchise reserves the right to invoice the responsible party (store, franchisee, or third-party vendor) for branding violations as follows:

• First violation: $500
   
• Second violation: $1,000
   
• Third and subsequent violations: $15,000 per incident
   

In addition, Grateful Headz, LLC reserves the right to issue formal cease and desist notices to any individual or entity that misuses its branding or intellectual property. Continued violations after a cease and desist may result in civil litigation, and pursuit of all legal remedies available under state and federal law.

Compliance with this policy is mandatory. These standards are in place to protect the integrity, reputation, and consistency of the Grateful Headz brand across all platforms and locations.
