By shopping online, customers confirm they are of legal purchasing age (21+) and agree to the terms and conditions. To place an order, they can click any "SHOP NOW" button to access the online shopping portal. Once there, they can browse products and select "Add to Cart" to include items in their shopping cart. When ready to check out, customers should click the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner and select "Proceed to Check Out."

They have the option to create an account or check out as a guest. After logging in, customers should select "Online Order" under Order Type, enter their details and payment information, and complete the process. Orders can be picked up in-store or a drive-thru window, where available.

Refunds or returns are not offered due to the nature of the products. All sales are final without exceptions. If a defective electronic device is purchased, it is typically covered by a limited warranty from the manufacturer with proof of purchase.

CBD, or cannabidiol, is a natural compound found in the cannabis plant. It is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn’t make you feel “high”  or “medicated” like THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). CBD is often used for its potential therapeutic benefits, including relief from pain, anxiety, inflammation and insomnia. It’s available in various forms, such as oils, gummies, creams, and capsules, and is widely studied for its health applications.

Delta-8 THC is a hemp-derived cannabinoid found in cannabis plants, similar to Delta-9 THC, but less potent. It produces mild psychoactive effects, often described as a smoother, less intense high compared to Delta-9. Delta-8 is commonly used for relaxation, pain relief, and reducing anxiety, and is available in forms such as edibles, vapes, concentrates, topicals, and tinctures. 

Hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, on the other hand, is Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol extracted from hemp plants rather than marijuana. Under U.S. federal law (via the 2018 Farm Bill), hemp is legally defined as cannabis with no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Products like gummies or edibles comply with this limit by using a larger product weight (e.g., a 5g gummy with 10mg of Delta-9 THC), allowing them to deliver psychoactive effects while remaining federally legal.

THCa is a form of cannabis that contains high levels of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCa) in its raw, unheated state. THCa is the precursor to THC, the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis that most are familiar with. When heated or lit, THCa converts into THC, producing the same effects.
